AlkaVoda Water Filters use a wide range of water filtration medias for different types of water treatment applicaions, such as KDF, Ion Exchange Resin, Magnesium balls, zeolite, calcium sulfite ceramic balls, activated alumina balls, tourmaline balls, far-infared ceramic beads, activated carbon (charcoal), coconut shell granulated activated carbon (GAC) , maifanshi stone etc.

KDF:  

KDF Eagle Redox Alloy Media contains a mix of two alloys, copper and zinc. It is commonly used in water filtration for heavy metal, chlorine removal and oxidation-reduction processes.

Zeolite: 

Zeolites are a group of minerals with a four-sided beehive structure and, rare among minerals, a negative magnetic charge. The effect of the structure and the magnetic field is that zeolite draws heavy metals and toxins to itself and absorbs them. Toxins come in and they can not escape. Zeolite carries them safely and smoothly out of the body through normal digestion.

Clay:  

Bentonite clay is known to have many uses in promoting health in plants, animals and humans. Naturally absorbent and extremely gentle on the body, bentonite clay can treat various skin and internal disorders, and attract and neutralize toxins in the intestinal tract.

Calcium Sulfite ceramic balls:  

Calcium Sulfite Ceramic Ball is also named as Dechlorination Ceramic Ball, can effectively remove residual chlorine in water, widely used in shower filters and home filtration systems.

Ion Exchange Resin: 

Water Softener Resin Media is designed to reduce hardness and remove calcium and magnesium from drinking water and other water sources, to enhance the water taste is softner and sweet.

Magnesium balls:  

It is also known as ORP negative potential ceramic balls, increase the alkaline pH and create alkaline anti-oxidant water with lower negative ORP. When exposed to water it induces electrolysis and generates negative ions. It also ionizes water molecules by decreasing their size (negative ion effect).

Tourmaline balls:

increase the human needs of a variety of minerals, Ion and water to make changes in active and can adjust the water. Meanwhile, Maifanshi absorb water due to pollution of trace toxic substances such as mercury, cadmium, phthalic acid esters (Pnthalualidestcr), cyanide (cgauil) chlorine and bacteria, thus bringing clean water into the activity of mineral water.

Far-Infared ceramic beads: 

Far-infrared Energy ball is made out of natural infrared raw materials, which add tourmaline, kaolin, maifanshi stone and seabed minerals that contain useful trace elements, manufactured with a ceramic technology method. In the Far-Infra-Red process, the organisms absorb frequencies of 8-14um which has 90%+ infrared emissivity.
