1. What if the water passing through the filter seems slow?
AnswerPull out the filter and give it a little shake, sometimes the filter contents can build up near the small opening at the bottom. 

2. How long should it take to filter one fill?

Answer: It should take no longer than 9-10 minutes. If it does take longer, take the filter out, turn it upside down and give it a light shake as though you are turning a door handle right-to-left continuously 


3. How often do I change the filter?
Answer:  Depending on your water source, the filter loses efficiency after about 300 Liters.

4. When should I change the filter?
Answer
 If your household consumes 5 liters Daily we recommend using the Countdown Timer for the full duration of "60 days", otherwise no longer than 3 months.


5. How do I use the timer?                                                                            

Answer:  Simply hold down the "set" button for 7 full seconds to reset timer to "60 days", it will countdown 60 days to give you an idea when you should change the filter. You can turn timer on/off by holding set button down for 3 seconds after reset.


6. How much water should I drink everyday?
Answer:
  It is recommended we drink 1/2 our bodies weight in ounces daily.
So for an example; If a person weighs 180lb that would = 90 ounces converted to liters = 2.66 Liters of water a day.
 
7. Can I drink too much water?
Answer
 Not likely. A normal functioning human liver can process roughly 15 Liters a day.

8. How long till I start noticing benefits from drinking your water?
Answer:  Most people are dehydrated and don't even know it. If you are, it can take up to two weeks drinking the right amount of water to rehydrate your body.

9. What are common signs of Mild Dehydration?
Answer:  
The most common signs of dehydration are:
